Mr. Ankit Goel aged 28 years, has done his graduation in Commerce. Mr. Goel is having an experience of 5 Years in Share & Securities, Commodities & Capital Market. Presently he is on the Board of SRS Admin Services Limited and SRS Learn & Knowledge Ltd.

Mr. Jogindar Lal Chhabra

Mr. Jogindar Lal Chhabra, aged 64 years, holds a degree in Master of Commerce from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut. He has worked with ‘UP Bridge Corporation Limited’ as an Assistant Accounts Officer has knowledge of handling Accounts, Audit and Book Keeping and has an experience of 40 years. Presently, he is also on the Board of SRS Limited.

Mr. Saurabh Gulati

Saurabh Gulati, aged 25 years, holds a degree of MBA (International Business& Marketing). Mr. Gulati has knowledge of Finance and Accounts. Presently, he is also on the Board of SRS Retreat Services Ltd.

Dr. Anil Jindal (Non- Executive Director)

Dr. Anil Jindal is the founder Chairman of Rs.5000 Crore SRS Group. A first generation entrepreneur with a remarkable, multi domain experience spanning over 28 years, he has virtually scripted the DNA of the SRS Group. Right since inception, Dr. Jindal has led the group from the front and engineered its entry into varied yet synergistic business verticals that include jewellery, cinemas, retail, hospitality as well as real estate, financial services and healthcare. With his efforts, three group Companies got public listed namely: SRS Limited (BSE & NSE), SRS Real Infrastructure Limited (BSE) and SRS Finance Limited (BSE). He has a unique hands-on approach to business wherein he is involved in all key strategic and operational aspects, while nurturing a strong team that enjoys supreme managerial flexibility. Adding strength to his visionary style is his sound academic background, which includes a D.Litt. in International Human Resource Management (IHRM), Ph.D. in Services Marketing (with special reference to bank marketing), MBA as well as CCA, M. Com and B. Com degrees. He is on the Board of several companies of SRS Group who benefit from his sound, visionary approach. Dr. Jindal lays a strong emphasis on value-based business to create value for not only all the stakeholders but the entire society. He is an enthusiastic philanthropist who, apart from leading the CSR initiatives at the corporate level, is also extensively involved in his personal capacity.
