• Direct and Indirect Sale
• Deal directly with customers – Address queries and complaints of customers over the phone, through emails, face to face in a timely and effective manner.
• Resolve customer complaints / issues received and resolved. Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Coordinate with the back-end Customer Care team for seeking information on the issues faced and inform the customer on same

• Preparing & Finalization Balance Sheet
• Preparation MIS every month of all running projects
• Solve queries of Auditors during Internal and Final Audit.
• All reports relating to Financial Accounting & Customer Accounting which helps in Audit like costing of project, Depreciation Charts etc.
• Leadership and guide a team of 10
• Preparing TDS Return, Service tax Return
• All working relating to Service tax, like calculating, depositing service tax and service tax return

Salary: As per Industry Norms

• Achieve Sales targets for all Residential Projects, as per defined plans and execute broker development initiatives to drive top line growth, in line with the Organizations objectives.
• Interact with brokers on a regular basis to establish relationships and resolve their queries regarding payment, contract terms and conditions, or any other aspect in a timely manner
• Build strong relationships with key clients and ensure a positive experience for the clients throughout his association with the Organization
• Respond to customer and broker queries and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Keep track of the progress on achievement of Residential Sales targets and provide periodic updates to the Department Head
• Identify potential customers, engage with them on a regular basis (making pitch presentations, regular communication etc.) to convert the lead; involve Team Leader, Department Head for critical clients
• Prepare proposals, pitch presentations for clients as and when required and get the same approved from Team Leader/Department Head.
• Excellent communication skills and inter personal skills.
