| 1990 |
The seeds of success of the SRS Group were sown in the year 1990, when Dr Jindal organized his finance & leasing business and incorporated 'Bansla Finlease Ltd.' in 7th October 1991 and 'BTL Investments Ltd.' in 19th may 1995, with the key objective of providing loans/financing for vehicles and machinery. |

1997 |
In the year 1997, it diversified its business and entered into manufacturing and marketing of Edible Oil & Tea and for this purpose floated BTL Industries Ltd., which was now known as SRS Holdings India Ltd and later merged with BTL Investment & Securities Limited (Presently known as BTL Holding Company Limited). By this time, the group had gained recognition and become famous as the 'BTL Group'. |

| 2000 |
SRS Limited incorporated on August 29th 2000 in the name and style of SRS Commercial Company Limited. |

| 2001 |
The management, reading the early signs of a long term potential decided to enter the Retail, F&B
and Entertainment sectors. |

| 2002 |
SRS Limited applied for and subsequently acquired a 3-acre plot from the Haryana Urban
Development Authority (HUDA), for establishing a multiplex at Sector 12, Faridabad. Construction began
soon thereafter |

| 2004 |
On 22nd October 2004 the company unveiled SRS Mall – Faridabad’s first and highly impressive
multiplex, which soon became a landmark property in Faridabad.
On the same day, the company launches its 1st Food Court
Launches its first state-of-the-art 3-screen Cinema on 12th Nov 2004. The Indian Cinema magazine rated
the cinema lobby as ‘Not the Biggest but the BEST’. |

| 2005 |
To reflect its strategic and operational focus, the company changed its name from SRS Commercial
Company Limited to SRS Entertainment Limited in the year 2005. |

| 2006 |
SRS Limited opend its first Retail outlet at SRS Mall, Faridabad on 1st January |

| 2008 |
In the year 2008, it changed its name to SRS Entertainment & Multi Trade Limited and then
immediately changed its name to SRS Entertainment & Retail Limited on 2nd January 2009. Expansion
across its business verticals continues |

| 2009: |
By this time, company’s vision, strategic focus and operational abilities expanded beyond
entertainment and retail sectors. To reflect this, the name of the company was changed to SRS Limited, in
the the year 2009 itself. Expansion across its business verticals continues |

| 2010 |
February: Commissioned two cineplexes in quick succession at Ghaziabad adding 7 new screens
March: Entered the small but promising city of Bijnor with the launch of its new cinema. Takes screen
strength to 23. |

| 2011 |
SRS Limited comes out with its Initial Public Offer (IPO) in August 2011 to fund its operational and
expansion plans. The IPO gets fully oversubscribed, and the company gets listed at the BSE and NSE. This
came close on the heels of SRS Real Infrastructure getting listed at the BSE in January earlier this year. The
group launches several new projects, including two multiplexes at Faridabad and Patiala, a jewellery store
at the upmarket Rajouri Garden in New Delhi as well as retail outlets in Gurgaon and Faridabad.

Infrastructure hands over possession of SRS Residency, Sector 87, Faridabad, making it amongst the top
few real estate brands to do so in the Greater Faridabad region. |

| 2012: |
Company powers ahead with its expansion plans. Opens up a new multiplex at Ludhiana on 26 january 2012 which takes screen strength to 33 and total number of properties to 12, new retail stores at Gurgaon as well as a 3-level jewellery outlet in Faridabad.

SRS Cinemas launched its 15th Property with 3 screen, 884 seats at Lucknow

Our group company SRS Finance Ltd. has been listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE)
