Dr. Anil Jindal

Dr. Anil Jindal is the founder Chairman of Rs 3500 Crore SRS Group. A first generation entrepreneur with a remarkable, multi-domain experience spanning over 25 years, he has virtually scripted the DNA of the SRS Group. Right since inception, Dr. Jindal has led the group from the front and engineered its entry into varied yet synergistic business verticals that include jewellery, cinemas, retail, hospitality as well as real estate, financial services and healthcare. He has successfully led the public listing of two group companies: SRS Limited (NSE and BSE) and SRS Real Infrastructure Limited (BSE).

He has a unique hands-on approach to business wherein he is involved in all key strategic and operational aspects, while nurturing a strong team that enjoys supreme managerial flexibility. Adding strength to his visionary style, is his sound academic background, which includes a D. Litt. in International Human Resource Management (IHRM), Ph. D in Services Marketing (with special reference to bank marketing), MBA as well as  CCA, M. Com and B. Com degrees. He is on the Board of several companies of the SRS Group, who benefit from his sound and visionary approach.

Dr Jindal lays a strong emphasis on value-based business to create value for all stakeholders and entire society. He is an enthusiastic philanthropist who does not only lead CSR initiatives at the corporate level, but also extensively in his personal capacity.

Dr. P. K. Kapoor

A seasoned entrepreneur who started out as an advocate, Dr. Kapoor is one of the three founder directors of the Company. He holds a Ph. D in Corporate Social Responsibility in addition to his M. Com and LLM degrees. Dr. Kapoor has led the group’s foray into new industries such as healthcare and is the Managing Director of SRS Meditech Ltd., Joint Managing Director of SRS Professional Services Ltd. as well as a director in other companies of the SRS Group. With a rich experience of over 25 years, he plays a vital advisory and executive role across several group companies.

Mr. Jitender Kumar Garg

Mr J. K. Garg is one of the three founder directors of the SRS Group, along with Dr. Anil Jindal and Dr. P. K. Kapoor, and he too is an advocate by training. An LLb, M. Phil, M. Com and B. Com, his rich experience of over 25 years across various industries enables him to bring strong strategic and effective implementation skills on the table. He has been a key force in guiding the group companies across various projects and has played an active role in their expansion and growth. He is the Joint Managing Director of SRS Real Infrastructure Ltd. and Managing Director of SRS Professional Services Ltd., as well as serves as a director in other companies of the SRS Group.
